Problem: The client needed a platform for delivering professional training courses and a management system to track commercial activities and associated costs.
Objectives: Develop a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system; create a B2C platform for the integrated management of training course commercialization and consumption.
Solution: Platform: Implement a platform that effectively manages interactions and relationships with clients; develop a CRM that allows monitoring of employee activities, customer information (including contact details, purchase history, product preferences, and previous communications), as well as cost management.
Description: through the CRM, it is possible to track and manage employee activities, client information, and interactions in an organized way; the platform is designed to offer clients full, personalized training, enhancing their learning experience; it includes functionalities for course management, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting.
Technologies: Liferay(JSF), Moodle, Angular, Springboot, Primafaces, MYSQL.
