On Wednesday, July 10th, the NetBo@t project was presented during the final day of the Master in HR & Digital Recruiting 23-24 at IPE Business School, where it won the 1st prize.

The project, conceived by NetCom and developed by the students of the master’s program in collaboration with the innovation lab R&DLab and the company’s HR staff, is a chatbot powered by generative AI. It is designed to reduce the management workload associated with routine and standardizable human resources activities.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

The bot analyzes three crucial moments of interaction between the user and the company:

  • First Touch
  • Onboarding
  • Access to management systems and internal regulations

It acts as a digital assistant, capable of answering questions and addressing doubts that users (whether employees or candidates applying for an open position) may have regarding the recruitment process, the company’s context/market, or the use of management systems.

This is a project in its early stages that will be further implemented and developed within the company’s innovation activities.

Roberta, an alumna of IPE Business School and now an HR Business Partner at NetCom Group, is one of the tutors of the Project Work carried out by the company with the students of the Master in HR & Digital Recruiting and shares her experience:
