On Tuesday, April 16th, we visited the "Carlo Alberto Dalla Chiesa" High School in Afragola to continue the collaboration we started last year.   During the meeting, Dr. Martina Ferrante (Human Resources Officer) and Engineer Nicola Russo (System Integrator Engineer) presented our company and the ongoing research and development projects. Then, Alessandro Bulyakhovs'ka (former student of the Institute) shared his experience transitioning from student life to the professional world at NetCom. At the end of the presentations, the students had the opportunity for one-on-one interviews with our HR team, showcasing their soft and hard skills.   It turned out to be a moment of sharing, discussion, and opportunity that we hope to replicate soon.
