This year, the University of Salerno, through its Placement Office, is once again organizing “Job in Campus”, the event dedicated to facilitating the meeting of labor demand and supply. Celebrating its 10th edition in 2024, Job in Campus began today, Tuesday, May 7, and will continue on Wednesday, May 8, at the Fisciano campus.
The title for this year’s event is “Living, Working, Thriving: From Balancing Acts to Balance.” The theme focuses on identifying a sustainable work model, emphasizing the balance between private and professional life, leveraging individual skills, self-expression, and achieving overall well-being.
May 7, 2024: The inaugural conference was held in the “Biagio Agnes” Press Room at the Fisciano campus, featuring key reflections on the theme by representatives from institutions and businesses.

Moderated by Francesco Colace, Placement Delegate for the Humanities Area at UNISA, the panel included:
- Daniela Bauduin – Lawyer and Publicist Journalist
- Alfredo Troiano – R&D and Innovation Director, NetCom Group
- Alessandra Ragni – Branch Manager, Adecco
- Pasquale Sessa – Vice President, Young Entrepreneurs, Confindustria
- Gianluigi Vigorito – Director of Services, Iren
May 8, 2024: The Career Day was held in the Library of the Science and Technology Hub, bringing together more than 60 companies with students, recent graduates, and alumni of the university for networking and introductory interviews.
The event was once again a major success, with over a thousand attendees actively participating.
NetCom Group attended the event with its HR staff and a technical team, contributing to the success of the event by showcasing its organization and discussing career opportunities within the company.
