The Chatbot for Tax Management solution was created in response to the need for a specialized virtual assistance system by municipal entities.
This chatbot, based on Natural Language Processing (NLP) (non-generative), was designed to create a smart municipal desk that provides citizens with information and assistance related to taxes. The chatbot was trained by building a dataset that describes the workflow of a municipal operator responsible for tax-related tasks, considering common questions and issues regarding municipal taxes (e.g., inquiries about TARI, IMU, etc.). The system is designed as a plug-in that can be integrated into the municipal Smart Desk web portal. Through this section, users can interact with the chatbot, which guides them through a dedicated conversational flow. The chatbot can provide references and details on current regulations and procedures, as well as schedule an appointment with a human operator if necessary.
